Jeff Eulberg, JD, CFP®

Jeff Eulberg is Managing Director of Evergreen Gavekal’s Family Office in Bellevue and has held the position since the inception of the division at the firm. Jeff joined Evergreen Gavekal in 2005 and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER.

Jeff’s expertise plays an integral role in maintaining and advancing the services our firm offers to Family Office clients. His involvement in launching Evergreen Ventures, Evergreen Gavekal’s alternative investment platform, was integral to the formation of the division. He is a General Partner (GP) of Evergreen Ventures and is involved in all aspects of the fund, including new fund selection, investment analysis, and direct deal due diligence and sourcing.

In 2025, Jeff was named an Advisor of the Year-Alternative Investments by Investment News Awards’ Excellence Awardee.*

Jeff currently serves as a foundation board member for Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, WA. He is also on the Board of Trustees and serves as the Treasurer of Uplift Northwest – a nonprofit focused on serving the Seattle homeless community. From 2015-2022, he served on the Board of Trustees and was the Finance Committee Chair of the Portland State University Foundation. He previously served on O’Dea High School’s Board of Directors from 2011-2018. Jeff is an alumnus of Portland State University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in finance. He also holds a law degree from Seattle University where he graduated Cum Laude.

In his free time, Jeff likes to play golf with his family at Tumble Creek and vacation in Hawaii.
