About Wyatt
Wyatt Hay is the Chief Operating Officer at Evergreen Gavekal, where he leads the execution of the firm’s strategic vision and growth initiatives. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has overseen day-to-day operations, guided team development, and supported the expansion of the firm to more than 35 employees across three states and five offices. Wyatt also oversees the management of Evergreen Gavekal’s alternative investment platform, Evergreen Ventures, for which he established the operational infrastructure.
In addition to his role as COO, Wyatt serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. In this capacity, he leads the development and execution of Evergreen Gavekal’s compliance program, monitors adherence to evolving regulatory requirements, and implements controls that safeguard both the firm and its clients. He partners closely with leadership to ensure that all business practices reflect the highest standards of regulatory integrity and operational excellence, and he enforces these standards within the team.
Wyatt holds a degree in Finance from Washington State University and an MBA from Seattle University.
