About Katie
Katie Vercio is the Director of Financial Planning at Evergreen Gavekal, bringing more than a decade of experience in wealth management as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. In this role, she leads the firm’s financial planning department, developing and implementing strategies that enhance the client’s experience through the effective use of technology to deliver comprehensive, clear, and accessible financial plans. She also oversees the financial planners in the Bellevue office and ensures the team remains informed of regulatory changes and evolving best practices within the financial planning profession.
Katie values building long-term relationships with her clients and is passionate about helping clients create meaningful legacies through charitable giving and the education of the next generation to become thoughtful stewards of wealth.
Committed to the profession and her community, Katie has served on the board of the Financial Planning Association of Puget Sound and currently is a Women’s Initiative (WIN) mentor for the CFP® Board, as well as a mentor to students at Seattle Pacific University. Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family, traveling, and attending live music events.
